Best to Join at 7.50pm to be ready to start at 8pm sharp so if any technical issues occur we can iron them put example : voice or video sound issues.
Don't want anyone to miss out. I will be testing tv and feed so I'll put a shout out if you want to check your working we can pretest.

let's get dressed up make ourselves look and feel good to heal our mindset.
Routine will be Easy and I'll be sure to cater to each students skill level so everyone can join in from novice to advanced.
Its all about having some adult interaction fun and socialising with our sisterhood we are all missing and pining over.
So log on if you have trouble try early or call me ill talk you through it.
We are rigging big TV so ill be able to see you all and feed will be clear and live.
Anyone that needs a chair can borrow one from studio just contact me so I know and we can organise it.
