Our Passion is teaching women Self care. I’ve been working as a professional dance instructor for 17 years. With each passing day, I fall more in love with dance and it makes me so happy to be able to share my passion with you. I’ve been privileged to see so many of my students discover their natural skills and talents and reach results they never dreamed were possible. It truly excites me to share my love of dance and fitness with the world but over the many years I have discovered it is so much more than just that. Its MOST important to render a women's wellbeing and STATE OF MIND. As a professional dancer, I can’t think of anything else that brings me more joy than the art of dance. I love working with students of all ages and backgrounds, I’ve been privileged to see so many of my students discover themselves, and reach results they never dreamed were possible. I feel fortunate to see how they grow and develop in their skills. I’m so excited to share my technique and style with you. Bursting to share my many skills in performance, fitness, dance, circus, exotic boudoir and gymnastics acro. Our space teaches all women to be kind to themselves and remain in a healthy headspace we eliminate the harsh judgement we often put on ourselves, we teach you to love the skin your in and admire others qualities you adore. Self care Self love is a huge part of our Mission at Pole Perfect. Our teachings, help so many women accept and understand themselves stepping out feeling empowered, sexy and priceless. Our well planned syllabus and psychology techniques we use in teaching cpup[led with my Professional Athlete background and knowledge we get results mind and body. My methods ARE tried and proven to work again and again. We will deliver you on the path to achieving a strong confident compassionate sexy hell of a woman that will lift up another woman's crown when it droops. It's been almost 17 years of creating a Pole dancing fitness studio with a loving atmosphere full of support and uplifting energy. It's with great pleasure and honour that we represent the Pole Dancing Industry coupled with Fitness, Burlesque, Circus, Aerial, Lap Dancing, Aerial Yoga, P/Training, Booty Classes & various other Fitness Classes.
Scarlet Papalia, the opened up the of VERY FIRST Pole studio in the west. She is the sole founder of Pole Perfect Dance Studios. She is a wife, mother of 3 children, Professional Athlete in the IFBB Pro League, she is the State & National Fitness Champion 2019, a Licensed real estate agent, recipe book Author, owner of Scarlet Fashion Factory and is currently studying Cyber crime.
She established Pole Perfect Dance Studios in Sydney while working a fulltime job in Real Estate and running a cleaning business. Through hard work, absolute dedication blood sweat and tears, Scarlet's creative energy, vastly grew into a well-established well-respected business to date.
Her motto Love the skin your in as you can never be in anyone else's "My aim has always been to get women fit, feeling confident, with a healthy mind and body image teaching women to be happy in the skin they are in because you can never be in anyone else's. I help them re-evaluate who looks back at them in the mirror. I inspire confidence and help them identify self-love and self-care within themselves making them realising they don't need validation from anyone else to have self-worth. I teach this through dance movements to music step by step healing and empowering each woman by healing the cracks in the mirror." that's my job, and it's the best job in the world.
We specialise in pole dancing and weight loss but also offer a wide range of other dance and fitness classes coupled with nutritional advice diets and meal plans.
