BURLESQUE CLASSES
Theatrical entertainment of earthy humor and comic skits adjoined with a choreographed routine, a composition that imitates a Broadway style.
ZUMBA
Aerobics dance workout class with Latin, salsa, and African dance steps. All ages welcome.
ADULT GYMNASTICS
Condition, strength and balance in this class, learn straddles, handstands, walk overs, cartwheels, doubles body balancing and all necessary gymnastics to help with pole. All levels welcome
KICK BOXING
Martial arts technique used for a cardio workout designed to increase your fitness levels and learn basic self-defense moves.
STRETCH CLASS
Designed to lengthen those muscles to ease into the splits. i.e., back hamstrings, sole of foot etc. Partner stretching and ballet techniques used with gentle resistance stretching techniques.
LIRA CLASS
Circus apparatus that displays strength and grace and fluidity. Tones and defines back and improves flexibility. Acrobatics all done while suspended from Lira. (Melisa A'vion Aerial Arts School)
AERIAL ACROBATICS
Aerial silks fly through the air and using the skills of certain pole moves incorporated with circus techniques, tumble drop and swing. Art of smooth transitions using strength flexibility and core while suspended weightless in the air. (Melisa A'vion Aerial Arts School)
