Pole Perfect Dance Studios
Rachel Papalia, a wife, mother, fitness fanatic and real estate agent was searching for an alternate fulfilment, so in 2005 she established Pole Perfect Dance Studios Sydney. Through hard work absolute determination and creativity the studio has grown into a well-established business which continues to grow rapidly.
Our aim is to get women fit, feeling confident, and help them regain their femininity they once had or need to develop. We specialise in pole dancing and weight loss but also offer a wide range of other dance and fitness classes. With the unique method of conditioning and strengthening pioneered by Pole Perfect Dance Studios, women achieve a result twice as fast.
We have taken pole dancing to a new fitness level that can be enjoyed by all ages. It is the fitness revolution that can be enjoyed by everyone, from novice to super advanced. Pole Perfect Dance Studios offer a radically distinctive brand of fitness, which you will come to learn and appreciate. This is displayed through our teachers' unparalleled athletic ability which is exclusively and definitively Pole Perfect at its very best.
In addition we also cater for hens parties, birthday parties, music video clips, corporate events, supplying actors, singers, dancers, body and face painters, models, ushers and comedians.
We are now in 3 locations in Sydney Liverpool, Narellan & Nowra.
Classes
POLE DANCE CLASSES
Choreographed routine with pole moves and sequences that form a theatrical pole routine. Every class has fitness regime according to level. From beginners to super advanced.
BURLESQUE CLASSES
Theatrical entertainment of earthy humor and comic skits adjoined with a choreographed routine, a composition that imitates a Broadway style.
ZUMBA
Aerobics dance workout class with Latin, salsa, and African dance steps. All ages welcome.
ADULT GYMNASTICS
Condition, strength and balance in this class, learn straddles, handstands, walk overs, cartwheels, doubles body balancing and all necessary gymnastics to help with pole. All levels welcome
KICK BOXING
Martial arts technique used for a cardio workout designed to increase your fitness levels and learn basic self-defense moves.
STRETCH CLASS
Designed to lengthen those muscles to ease into the splits. i.e., back hamstrings, sole of foot etc. Partner stretching and ballet techniques used with gentle resistance stretching techniques.
LIRA CLASS
Circus apparatus that displays strength and grace and fluidity. Tones and defines back and improves flexibility. Acrobatics all done while suspended from Lira. (Melisa A'vion Aerial Arts School)
AERIAL ACROBATICS
Aerial silks fly through the air and using the skills of certain pole moves incorporated with circus techniques, tumble drop and swing. Art of smooth transitions using strength flexibility and core while suspended weightless in the air. (Melisa A'vion Aerial Arts School)
PRIVATE LESSONS
Structured to the individuals needs to improve techniques strength and overall ability. Evaluate student's strengths and weaknesses.
